Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training and support, require CPR/First Aid and TB test, and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The pay range is $18-$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Background check required.
• Able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with team to support each child’s progress.
• Monitor and document behavior changes as part of ongoing assessments.
