Centria Autism is seeking energetic individuals for Registered Behavior Technician roles. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized plans under a BCBA, using evidence-based ABA techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and team-oriented. Training is provided; some physical activity is required, with lifting up to 50 pounds. Pay ranges from $16 to $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test required.
• Background check required.
• Able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• RBT certification obtained after onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and track progress.
