Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in home and community settings.

You will work with a BCBA supervisor, collect progress data, and maintain records while contributing to positive outcomes for families. This role offers growth opportunities and reimbursement programs to support ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as an RBT.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as an RBT to monitor client progress effectively.
