Job summary

A behavioral therapy practice in California is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide home-based ABA therapy. Candidates will work closely with children under the guidance of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, and ensuring high-quality care. This position offers flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay based on experience, as well as support and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Orange County.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior.
