Job summary

Golden Touch ABA in Maryland is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings, helping clients build new skills and achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
