Job summary

Golden Touch ABA in Maryland is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, collecting progress data, and helping clients develop new skills in home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
