Job summary

Skillful Steps ABA in Maryland is seeking dedicated BTs/RBTs to join our team providing in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will deliver one-on-one sessions under a BCBA, collect progress data, and communicate with families to support skill development.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Background check clearance required upon hiring.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, ASD preferred.
• Reliability: ability to maintain a weekly schedule.
• Access to transportation (car or public transit).

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Collaborate with BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review the client's progress.
• Develop teaching materials and visuals for sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
