Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans under supervision, track progress, and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

We offer flexible scheduling, growth opportunities to BCBA, and benefits for full-time staff. Part-time positions are available with potential to move to full-time as caseload grows.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
