Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team providing ABA-based services in home, school, or community settings. Part-time positions with growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

You'll receive mentorship, training, and opportunities to advance to BCBA with our support, plus benefits for full-time staff and travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Required: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related settings (childcare, education, psychology).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
