Job summary

True Progress Therapy in Long Branch, NJ is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA services under supervision. You will implement ABA plans, collect data, and foster strong relationships with families and the care team.

Requirements include BACB RBT certification, HS diploma (AA/BA preferred), and at least 1 year working with ASD. Bilingual abilities are valued in a dynamic, client-centered clinic.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as an RBT by BACB.
• Fluent English with a second language is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with ASD or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record client data using standardized tools.
