Qualifications
Afternoon/evening availability.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Collect and record data on individuals' progress and behaviors through Central Reach.
Collaborate with the BCBA to develop behavior intervention plans.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
