Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with ASD or similar populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to various locations in Point Pleasant, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with BCBAs and other RBTs to implement evidence-based ABA therapy plans.
• Provide one-on-one support to children with ASD, focusing on skill acquisition and behavioral reduction.
• Collect and record data to monitor progress and inform therapeutic decisions.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment, adhering to established protocols.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective communication.
