Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

We offer flexible part-time hours, paid training, and opportunities for fellowship and advancement through BCBA programs. You will work with a robust clinical team focused on client outcomes and family engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm under pressure.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team implementing care plans.
