Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, implementing evidence-based interventions and contributing to skill-building plans.

The role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities to advance within the thriving ABA field.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
