Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the United States. We offer opportunities to provide one-on-one ABA services to children, supporting independence and positive behavior, with a focus on flexible part-time arrangements.

Position includes same-day pay options, paid training, and a collaborative clinical team. You will work in clients’ homes or community locations, gaining experience through fellowship-like support and pathways to BCBA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Act as a core member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage families.
