Sasco River Center in Darien, CT is seeking a compassionate Behavior Interventionist (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services under BCBA supervision across clinic, school, home, and community settings.

The role offers flexible part-time hours (~20 hours per week) with ongoing mentorship, supervision, and professional development within a multidisciplinary pediatric behavioral health program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, Child Development or related field.
• Enrolled in or graduated with a Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years ABA experience or evidence-based treatments for neurodiverse children/adolescents.

Responsabilités

• Provide ABA services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized intervention and skill acquisition plans.
• Deliver services across clinic, school, home, and community.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff for consistent strategies.
• Collect data using electronic systems and report progress.
