Job summary

Hidden Talents ABA is seeking certified RBTs to provide evidence-based ABA therapy to children in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on hands-on delivery, data collection, and progress tracking with meaningful growth potential.

Responsibilities include running sessions, targeting communication and daily living skills, and collaborating with BCBAs and families. A valid RBT in good standing, 6+ months ABA experience, and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing (no certification training provided)
• At least 6 months of ABA experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Run ABA therapy sessions in home, school or community settings
• Target communication, social, and daily living skills
• Keep accurate session data and documentation
• Follow behavior intervention plans and manage challenging behaviors
• Work closely with BCBAs and families
