Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time, in-home, school, or community work. Mentorship, growth opportunities, and hands-on ABA training are provided to help you make a meaningful impact.

You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to track progress. Local travel is required with potential growth as caseload expands.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• HS diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology/Education or related field.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 work with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
