Job summary

Total Care ABA in Utah is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children in home, school, and community settings. Earn $18–$30 per hour with flexible schedules and training provided to help you grow in ABA.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, implement plans developed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical staff to help children reach meaningful progress while staying close to home across Utah.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification and BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Utah.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commitment to ongoing learning.
