Job summary

Total Care ABA in Utah is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings. Earn $18–$30 per hour with flexible part-time schedules.

You will implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support families while pursuing growth and training opportunities. Join a team that emphasizes training, professional development, and travel within Utah to deliver meaningful progress and positive outcomes for children

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Provide services in-person throughout Utah.
• Participate in ongoing staff training and professional development.
