Total Care ABA in Hinckley, Utah is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our compassionate team delivering in-home and in-school ABA services across Utah. Earn $18–$30 per hour with flexible schedules designed to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• ABA experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings as required.
• Services provided in-person throughout Utah.
• Participate in staff training and commit to ongoing learning.
