Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Independence, Kansas. We provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data, document progress, and collaborate with families to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or willing to obtain.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Prior ABA experience with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
