Aluma Care, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings in Scott City, Kansas. You will work under a BCBA, collect progress data, and support families to help children succeed.

The role offers flexible shifts, competitive pay ($18–$23/hour), and opportunities for certification assistance and career growth. Prior ABA experience is a plus, and travel locally may be required.

Formación

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
