Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

As an RBT, you will receive strong supervision, opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health, and flexible weekend scheduling with ongoing feedback. Competitive pay mirrors hours worked.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required
• High school diploma
• Age 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Interest in behavioral health

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment andbehaviorintervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positivebehavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
