Job summary

New Patterns ABA is seeking caring, devoted RBTs to join our expanding team in Florida. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients build essential life skills in home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (preferred, not required).
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and follow through on responsibilities.
• Comfort working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments.
• Implement customized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in developing and carrying out behavior intervention strategies.
• Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.
