Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities and ASD in Georgia. You will implement ABA-based behavior management, help develop and implement individualized care plans, provide direct patient care, assist with ADLs, and maintain meticulous progress records in compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in progress.
• Completion of a 40-hour course for RBT eligibility.
• Ability to collect and record data accurately.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on ABA principles.
• Assist in development and execution of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Support individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
