Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, teaching communication, social and daily living skills with evidence-based methods.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years old and able to work in a team.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• RBT certification required within 45 days of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and support skill acquisition.
• Participate in comprehensive training to be effective in helping each child.
