Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

We provide comprehensive training; candidates must pass a background check and obtain CPR/First Aid certification. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Formación

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
• Ability to pass a preemployment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within 45 days of completing onboarding requirements
