Yes ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician) to provide one-on-one support to children and families in our ABA programs. You will implement behavioral plans, coordinate with clinicians, and keep detailed records of progress and program delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work part-time, with flexibility in scheduling.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in record-keeping and program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients, implementing behavioral plans and providing individualized support to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collaborate with clinical team members to develop and adjust treatment plans based on client progress.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program implementation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical team members to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss client progress, share knowledge, and receive supervision.
• Adhere to Yes ABA Therapy's policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of quality care and services.
