Job summary

Aura Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking registered behavior technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism across in‑center, in‑home, in‑school and community settings.

As an RBT you will implement ABA therapy techniques to improve daily living, communication and social skills, while receiving paid training, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and ongoing access to our private CEU library to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Collect data and track progress.
• Collaborate with families and the team.
