Achievements ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, in-home and in community settings. You’ll work under a BCBA supervisor, collect data, and report progress using our Rethink software, while maintaining thorough daily notes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA interventions.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for accurate progress reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records to monitor client progress.
