Job summary

Camen Behavioral Services, LLC in Central Florida is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children across in-home, school-based, and clinic settings. You’ll work one-on-one with children through play-based sessions and help them develop communication, social, and life skills.

We offer paid training, certification support, ongoing clinical supervision by BCBAs, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred; we will support certification through competency assessments and a 40-hour training program.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children through play-based, engaging sessions.
