Job summary

Camen Behavioral Services is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Central Florida to support children in home, school, and clinic settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• RBT certification is preferred, with support for training and certification if not yet obtained.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children through play-based sessions.
• Turn everyday moments into learning opportunities.
• Help children build communication, social, and life skills.
• Support positive behaviors using ABA strategies.
• Track progress and celebrate meaningful wins.
• Build strong relationships with clients and families.
