Job summary

Kids Club ABA in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children who have autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

The role offers flexible, after-school and weekend opportunities, with pay between $24 and $28 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices

Responsibilities

• The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA.
• The RBT will implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.
• The RBT will assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA
