Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to support behavioral health services for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based strategies, help develop care plans, and work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and teams.
• Knowledge of applying behavior analysis in care plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on ABA principles.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and progress notes.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and documentation.
