Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy techniques.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with developing and implementing individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on ABA principles.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on ADLs; maintain documentation and patient progress; ensure HIPAA compliance.
