Job summary

Supportive Care ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings, helping build essential life and communication skills. The role is based in Saint Louis, MO and offers a supportive team environment.

You will implement BCBA plans, collect progress data, and contribute to skill development while collaborating with families and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Passion for working with children.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and collect accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living
• Assist with behavior management strategies
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
