Job summary

Succeed ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team delivering in-home, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism. Positions include part-time and full-time roles with hourly pay ranging from $18 to $28, plus weekly pay and benefits.

Ideal candidates hold RBT certification, reliable transportation, and experience with ASD. You’ll work under supervising BCBA/BCaBA, collect data, implement ABA interventions, and collaborate with families to support progress and family engagement.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to communicate with families and staff.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Part-time and full-time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and presentation of results.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
