Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC in Kansas City, KS is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. We provide 1:1 therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings and support client progress.

You will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, collaborate with families, and maintain a safe therapy environment. Flexible shifts, part-time and full-time options, and competitive pay reflect our commitment to growth.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
