Job summary

SilverSwing ABA GA LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision, and help clients make meaningful progress.

We value collaboration, reliable transportation, and safety. This role offers flexible part-time hours, local travel, and opportunities for growth within a supportive, child-focused program.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required for employment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; some college is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check and travel locally when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to support client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
