Job summary

SilverSwing ABA GA LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics, under a BCBA's supervision, collecting progress data and supporting families as part of a collaborative care approach.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
