Wellstar Health System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures for patients of all ages. The role reports to a Radiologist or Manager and emphasizes patient-centered care and safety.

Responsibilities include ensuring image quality, aiding with procedures, and upholding ALARA and aseptic techniques while delivering compassionate service. Accredited education and ARRT radiography certification are required, along with BLS or equivalent.

Qualifikationen

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program is required.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification is required at hire.
• BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) at hire or equivalent is required.

Aufgaben

• Perform Diagnostic Imaging exams across a variety of settings.
• Evaluate image quality and perform post-processing as needed.
• Ensure proper patient identification and safety following ALARA principles.
• Assist Radiologist with procedures and protocols as directed.
• Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to department policies and Wellstar codes of conduct.
