Job summary

Adena Health System seeks a QRP Coordinator to ensure regulatory reporting for CMS/TJC and to oversee clinical quality data abstraction across Adena locations. The role emphasizes collaboration with infection prevention and quality leadership.

The ideal candidate has an RN license, CPHQ within 2 years, 5 years of hospital experience, and proficiency in EPIC, SmartSheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and WebEx to drive data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required within 3 years of hire or equivalent.
• Active RN licensure and CPHQ certification within 2 years of hire date.
• 5 years of recent clinical/hospital experience.
• EPIC navigation, SmartSheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and WebEx skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Defines and measures quality processes and identifies variation from accepted standards of practice.
• Leverages analytics to guide data-driven decision-making and inform quality improvement initiatives.
• Supports compliance with CMS, TJC, and other reporting requirements.
• Manages data submission and reporting portals for hospital programs across the system.
• Educates stakeholders on measure specifications and updates; supports multidisciplinary teams.
