UK St. Claire is seeking a Nurse where you will coordinate performance improvement activities to support quality initiatives and benchmarking.

You will provide analytical support in data collection, validation, and reporting of performance metrics, collaborating with clinical and operational teams to enable evidence-based process improvements. The role requires an ADN (BSN preferred) and 2–3 years of healthcare experience, with RN licensure.

Qualificações

• RN currently licensed and active.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• 2–3 years of healthcare/clinical experience or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate performance improvement data collection, abstraction, and reporting to support quality initiatives.
• Maintain databases and dashboards to track KPIs and compliance.
• Validate clinical and operational data for reporting accuracy.
• Develop action plans and monitor progress toward targets.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote evidence-based practices.
• Prepare reports for leadership, committees, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and performance standards.
• Participate in quality audits and benchmarking activities.
