UK St. Claire is seeking a Nurse where you will coordinate performance improvement activities to support quality initiatives and benchmarking.
You will provide analytical support in data collection, validation, and reporting of performance metrics, collaborating with clinical and operational teams to enable evidence-based process improvements. The role requires an ADN (BSN preferred) and 2–3 years of healthcare experience, with RN licensure.

Responsible for coordinating performance improvement activities to support quality initiatives, public reporting, and benchmarking efforts that enhance patient care outcomes. Provides administrative and analytical support in data collection, validation, and reporting of performance metrics. Collaborates with clinical and operational teams to facilitate process improvement projects and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards. Assists in implementing evidence-based practices that promote continuous improvement across departments.
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
2-3 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical setting, or a relevant area An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
This position requires intermittent sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; performing tasks with intermittent repetitive motions (such as typing and data entry); intermittent standing or walking with objects up to 10 pounds; occasional standing or walking with objects up to 25 pounds; and occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 50 pounds. It also involves occasional risk of back injury from moving or lifting equipment or materials, and occasional risk of injuries from use of equipment on the job.
