Job Description: Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating performance improvement activities to support quality initiatives, public reporting, and benchmarking efforts that enhance patient care outcomes. Provides administrative and analytical support in data collection, validation, and reporting of performance metrics. Collaborates with clinical and operational teams to facilitate process improvement projects and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards. Assists in implementing evidence-based practices that promote continuous improvement across departments.

Essential Functions
  • Coordinates performance improvement data collection, abstraction, and reporting processes to support quality initiatives.
  • Assists in maintaining databases and dashboards to track key performance indicators and compliance measures.
  • Reviews and validates clinical and operational data to ensure accuracy and completeness for reporting requirements.
  • Supports the development of action plans and monitors progress toward achieving targeted performance goals.
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for improvement and promote evidence-based practices.
  • Prepares reports, presentations, and summaries for leadership, committees, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensures compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and organizational performance measurement standards.
  • Participates in quality audits, surveys, and benchmarking activities to support best practice implementation.
  • Communicates effectively with staff and leadership regarding improvement findings and outcomes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement

Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Experience Requirement

2-3 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical setting, or a relevant area An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
