Job summary

Hillcrest is seeking a Quality Improvement Analyst to support the Quality Improvement team in developing, coordinating, and integrating daily care management activities and audit preparation. The role involves reviewing data, benchmarking, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure documentation meets medical necessity and external auditor standards.

The analyst will partner with clinical staff to achieve QI goals, assist with audits, and help measure outcomes while supporting compliance

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other Human Services related field required.
• LGSW, LPC, or LICSW in District of Columbia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement quality management and quality improvement programs.
• Provide consultation to ensure programs and services meet high standards and consumer care is top.
• Understand QI goals and help enact a program plan aligned with them.
• Collaborate with Clinical staff to achieve QI goals and deliverables.
• Assist with quality initiatives and audits throughout the year.
• Coordinate data collection, analysis, and evaluation of project deliverables.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with auditor benchmarks.
• Perform data analysis and write findings with recommendations for improvements.
• Support measurement of outcomes and quality assurance activities.
• Monitor and update policies to reflect regulatory changes.
• Assist reporting requirements within defined time frames.
