Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
ARF Certification (or eligibility) required per California Title 17 regulations.
Valid California driver's license for a minimum of 3 years with clean driving record.
Responsibilities
Oversee development, implementation, and compliance of Individual Program Plans (IPPs).
Advocate for residents' rights and monitor progress toward goals.
Develop, implement, and monitor IPPs in accordance with Title 17 and Title 22 regulations.
