PureHealth is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide supervised PT services in a post-acute setting. You will assist the Physical Therapist with assessment, plan execution, and patient education while ensuring documentation accuracy.

Under supervision, you’ll contribute to treatment plans, coordinate care with the team, and support productivity targets. A PTA license and 1 year of experience are preferred, with opportunities for professional growth and tuition/license reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy assistant program.
• Minimum of 1 year therapy assistant experience.
• Valid PTA license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers under Physical Therapist guidance.
• Provide therapy interventions aligned with treatment plans.
• Document daily charges, progress notes, and reports.
• Monitor and modify therapeutic benefits as needed.
• Educate customers and families on care plans.
