Qualifications

• Graduate of a School of Physical Therapy Assistants or equivalent approved by APTA Accreditation Board.
• Successful completion of West Virginia State Board Examination.
• Current WV license (or temporary); maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist with patient-related activities per the plan of care.
• Collaborate with rehab staff, physicians, and hospital personnel to provide interdisciplinary care.
• Participate in department CQI activities, monitor budget guidelines, and ensure accurate patient charges.
